Example: Furniture Accessories ship via UPS. When a customer has a lifestyle furniture piece in cart, it will ship HD. If they also add a Lifestyle Collection Side Table to their cart, it will ship via UPS. To improve customer experience and cost savings, it would be ideal to be able to select to have both shipped via HD if customer prefers.

Opportunity / Problem
Currently, if a product is shipped via UPS and it is placed in cart with a product that ships via HD, it will ship both of them separately. It would be nice to have the option to ship both of them together via HD and it would save us money by not having to pay UPS. |

Performance Goals & Measurements
The goals of this is to improve customer experience and eliminate cost on UPS shipping when we are already providing HD to the customer. It would also allow the customer to have all of their items arrive at once, and eliminate customer confusion. |
