Field Services is requesting 3 additional skus setup similar to Disposal.
Reassemble, Disassemble and Relocate - With the introduction of Disposal we taught our technicians a new skill set of selling in the home.
These are offered at the store and through CRC, but new skus will be created for inhome so they auto close. Each will be priced at $249.

Performance Goals & Measurements
Build the value of field services while capturing incremental revenue. New skus will be created so we can easily track performance. I put business impact as medium, that is assuming we would sell just 2 skus a day across the nation. Since we are still teaching the selling skill set I don't want to overshoot. The other benefit we have seen with disposal is now that there is a cost the customer will sometimes refuse. Before we would have just done it anyway - so in contrast we are also saving labor dollars (and for disposal the expense of the mattress disposal.) |
