Smaller windows when scheduling appointment, based on market.

If our customers can select a timeframe that works for them when scheduling, there is an opportunity to reduce reschedules when they later receive their 3 hour timeframe.

*We need to adjust how an appointment booking displays to include the timeframe with the date.

Opportunity / Problem

We can offer a smaller appointment window for customers in larger markets where we have density to provide a better customer experience. This will be configurable by market in Siebel.

Performance Goals & Measurements
  1. Improved customer experience (NSAT)

  2. Reduced dropoff (customers rescheduling and leaving gaps in our routes). This allows us to be more efficient with our resources, and will contribute to fewer unneeded shipments...logistics shipping expense, labor and vehicle cost per stop.
