Bedding | Bundle PDP

It would be useful to all shoppers to help them create a whole bedding set for their bed, instead of just 1 new product. This could be a feature added to individual PDPs. For ex: on Essential Fit Sheets PDP, we create a bundle with sheets, comforter, and even pillows if we wanted to.

Opportunity / Problem

We have the opportunity to create bedding bundles, just as our competitors do on their websites. This would allow us to increase our bedding cart sizes, help eliminate shopper confusion by using a precurated bundle for them, and would be a great add on for our smart beds (as we can always increase bedding attach online).

Performance Goals & Measurements

The goals of this effort are to continue to push Bedding Sets, not standalone bedding products. We could also leverage this within carts of our mattresses, as "no one sleeps on a naked bed". This would help us to increase cart size, sell our Comforters/Duvets/Blankets/Coverlets along with our highly purchased sheets, etc.
