It would be useful for our shoppers to acknowledge that we have a chat with a sleep professional available to take their question. We could add additional language such as "Questions? Chat with a Sleep Professional now" or "CHAT AVAILABLE NOW. Bring your questions to our Sleep Professional".

Opportunity / Problem

The opportunity here is to enhance shoppers buyer confidence by letting them know we have Sleep Experts available to answer any questions they have.

Performance Goals & Measurements

By elevating the chat experience and adding some additional information on it throughout our PDPs, it will show users that we do have representatives ready to answer any questions they may have. If users do not see the small chat pill button that we currently have, they may not realize we have a chat option, and therefore they may not get their question answered (which could result in loss of a sale).
