By elevating the chat experience and adding some additional information on it throughout our PDPs, it will show users that we do have representatives ready to answer any questions they may have. If users do not see the small chat pill button that we currently have, they may not realize we have a chat option, and therefore they may not get their question answered (which could result in loss of a sale). |
