Opportunity / Problem
Our current order confirmation page experience can be improved via a page refresh. The order confirmation page should not only provide a standard confirmation/receipt experience, but it should also excite our customers, inform them on what's to come with their order, and attract them to do things like sign up for the inner circle, schedule delivery (already there) Download SleepIQ, sign up for an account (for guest checkouts) And invite them to refer customers to our brand. |
